All content on this website — including text, visuals, branding, and code — is owned by TUL-ID Digital or used with permission and may not be reproduced without consent.

Client responsibilities

When engaging TUL-ID for a project, you agree to provide timely feedback, content, assets, and access needed to complete the work. Delays in client-provided materials may affect timelines and delivery dates.

You are responsible for ensuring that content and materials you supply do not infringe third-party rights or violate applicable laws.

Payments and refunds

Payment terms, deposits, milestones, and refund policies are specified in each project agreement. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable once work has commenced on a paid phase.

Third-party tools and hosting

Projects may rely on third-party platforms such as hosting providers, payment processors, CMS tools, or APIs. TUL-ID is not responsible for outages, policy changes, or pricing changes imposed by third-party vendors, though we will help clients navigate reasonable alternatives where possible.

Disclaimer of warranties

Our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the site or that every digital product will achieve specific business outcomes, though we build with care and professional standards.

Limitation of liability
